We're growing quickly and we need agents with a local focus throughout your area.
The Details
- Referrals Only: We get paid when you get paid and we ask for a reasonable 20% referral fee. Nothing more. We still have trouble convincing agents that these are genuine referrals, not charge-per-contact "leads." Rest assured they are!
- Low Volume, High Quality: We aren't going to flood you with 5 "leads" a day - people reach out to us when they want to see properties or have questions. These people have volunteered their contact information to us and want a quick, informed response.
- Growing opportunity: Since we don't get paid up front, we work to help you perform. We'll start you with a few referrals, then give you more (a lot more) if you do a fantastic job.
Requirements:
- Experience: to receive a referral from us, you need to have 2+ years experience and have completed 15+ transactions.
- Full Time: This is your real job - not a side gig. We won't make your business into a million dollar empire, but we will add 1-2 transactions a month pretty quickly if you're successful.

Customer Service: Our reputation depends on your performance. We want agents who are passionate about looking out for their clients.

Willing to go the Extra Mile: Some of our referrals take more effort than others - we love agents who will do some work to win a potential client over. We want you to work hard for every referral - not just the easiest ones.
